ABOUT

I am a true California native, just like my favorite plants. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, my green thumb was developed by my parents who are avid gardeners. My previous work in the design and construction industries nurtured my keen sense of how people interact with their surroundings, especially with natural habitats.

Evan Cooper Design is a culmination of years of studying landscape design and working with clients to create sustainable environments for their home. My inspiration comes from the the diverse beauty of the local landscapes in addition to California's natural history. My landscape design projects utilize native and other functional plants to create stunning and easy-to-maintain outdoor spaces.
